Ordering and Payment

When will my order ship?

Please note that many of our fine jewelry pieces are made to order.  Please allow four to eight weeks for fulfillment and delivery of your on-line purchase.  For rush orders please contact us.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases on rudysantayana.com?

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and zero percent financing is also available. 

For added security, your billing address at rudysantayana.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

Do you accept purchases on rudysantayana.com using international credit cards?

No, unfortunately, we only accept credit cards issued in the United States.

Why won’t my order go through?

We only accept credit cards issued in the United States for on-line purchases on www.rudysantayana.com.

Additionally, when authorizing a purchase, rudysantayana.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file. 

The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.

The card’s CVV code is incorrect.

The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us directly for assistance. Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund; however, we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange for store credit only.

Does rudysantayana.com offer any financing options?

Yes, we offer some financing options.  Please contact us directly for more information.

Are prices subject to change on rudysantayana.com?

Yes, prices are subject to change depending on the gold market price.

Will I receive an order confirmation and receipt for my purchase?

Yes, all online purchases and order history are saved when you create an account on rudysantayana.com. You’ll also be sent an email confirmation of your order receipt.

Buy Online, Pickup in Store

Can I purchase online and pick up in store?

Yes, our in-store pickup service allows you to make a purchase online at rudysantayana.com and pick up your purchase in our brick-and-mortar store. 

Are all items sold online available for instore pickup?

Yes, items found online at rudysantayana.com are eligible for in-store pickup services. 

How will I know when my order will be ready for pickup instore?

You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email notification when your item is ready to be picked up. Please note, orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day and may require more time to prepare. Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email notification before coming to the store.

What if I did not receive the email “Ready for Pickup” email notification?

Please check your SPAM or junk folders for the email address provided during online checkout. If you don’t see your email notifications, please contact us by phone for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup instore?

If you have placed your online order for instore pickup, please allow four to eight weeks for fulfillment. Please wait until you receive the in-store “Ready for Pickup” email notification before going to the store.

What do I need to bring with me for in-store order pickup?

Please bring the following with you to pick up your order:

1. A copy of your Store Pickup email notification.
2. A Government-issued ID.  Note* the name must match the customer’s name on your Store Pickup email notification.

*Valid forms of identification include; driver’s license or passport.

How long will you hold my order for pick-up?

Orders will be held in the Rudy Santayana store for 7 business days once order is completed and customer is notified. If you have not picked up your order by the last day, you will receive an email that your order will automatically be shipped to your shipping address.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not provide refunds. However, If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 15 days from the day of receipt to make a return or exchange. Please note that all returns are for store credit only.  Please reach out to one of our specialists for a return authorization and approval to receive your return label shipping documentation and instructions.

Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted.

To protect our jewelry and return package, you’ll be provided with a return label to make sure the item being returned is properly insured for its value.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and packing slip and must be received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective and original “Do not Remove” Tag must be attached.

Personalized and custom designs are final sale. 

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged and are a final sale.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Contact one of our Customer Care specialists by phone at 786-801-0111 for a return authorization and shipping documentation.  Please note all returns are for store credit only.

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Can gift cards purchased on rudysantayana.com be returned?

No, gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Rudy Santayana Designs reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any on-line purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Do other retailers sell Rudy Santayana designs?

No, at this time.  Rudy Santayana fine jewelry is exclusively sold through our website and our brick-and-mortar store, located at 4100 Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, Florida 33146

What if I need extra help or advice on my purchase?

Do you offer free in-store pick-up?

Yes, we do offer in-store pickup by selecting the "Free Pickup in store" button. simply click “Add to Bag” to pick up at our brick-and-mortar store located at 4100 Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, Florida 33146.

Will my rudysantayana.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Each fine jewelry design will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift box to include a gift receipt. If gift wrapping is needed, please reach out to us.  For security, all items will be sent in a discreet, non-branded outer shipping box.
 
Please note that gift bags are only available in-store and will not be in your package.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you may enter a personalized gift message at check-out.

What if I realize I made a mistake when entering my on-line order?

Shipping and Order Tracking

What are your available shipping options and what do they cost?

We offer the following free USPS ground shipping services. If you prefer any other shipping method please contact us directly.

Shipping estimates apply to “ready to ship or in stock” merchandise.  Unless it is an “In Stock” item, please allow four to eight weeks for order processing and fulfillment. Please note: All orders are subject to fulfillment and processing time.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Your order and shipping confirmation emails will inform you if a signature is required at the time of delivery.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please reach out to one of our specialists for assistance at 786-801-0111.

How can I track my order after it’s shipped?

Registered customers can sign into their account to view their order status and history, or they can check their confirmation email.

How do I book an in-store custom design appointment for engagement rings or wedding bands?

You can book an appointment with Rudy Santayana to design your beautiful custom engagement ring and wedding bands.  We’re pleased to assist you with any questions you may have. Please book an appointment by calling our store at 786-801-0111.

All custom design work will require a 30% deposit.  We offer a wide selection of both natural and lab grown diamonds to fit any budget.

What kind of services do you offer for engagement rings and wedding bands?
