Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders:

What is your return policy?

At RudySantayana.com we believe in customer satisfaction. We know that making an online fine jewelry purchase is not always easy by just relying on images and videos alone. With that said, we want to you LOVE your jewelry and that's why we have created our "30-Day Inspection Period" return/exchange policy, where you have the flexibility to try-on and decide if it's a keeper. If your purchase does not meet your standards, we are happy to provide you with a free return label along with a refund/exchange.

Kindly note, to qualify for a return/exchange items must be unworn, in sellable condition and security tag intact.

Please note, returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt provided in your shipment.

Personalized and custom designs are final sale. 

How can I make a return or exchange?

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-5 Days for processing.

Ordering and Payment:

When will my order ship?

Please note that many of our fine jewelry pieces are made to order. Please allow 2-4 days for fulfillment of in-stock items and 4-8 weeks for fulfillment of made-to-order items. The turnaround time for
personalized and custom orders is 4-8 weeks. For rush orders please contact us.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases on rudysantayana.com?

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and zero percent financing is also available. 

For added security, your billing address at rudysantayana.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

Do you accept purchases on rudysantayana.com using international credit cards?

No, unfortunately, we only accept credit cards issued in the United States.

Why won’t my order go through?

We only accept credit cards issued in the United States for online purchases on www.rudysantayana.com.

Additionally, when authorizing a purchase, rudysantayana.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file. 

The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.

The card’s CVV code is incorrect.

The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

How can I cancel an order?

Kindly note, orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. You can contact us once you a have received your order and we will come to a resolve. Custom and personalized orders that are in
production are final sale.

Are prices subject to change on rudysantayana.com?

Yes, prices are subject to change depending on the gold market price.

Will I receive an order confirmation and receipt for my purchase?

Yes, all online purchases and order history are saved when you create an account on rudysantayana.com. You’ll also be sent an email confirmation of your
order receipt.

Buy Online, Pickup In Store:

Can I purchase online and pick up in store?

Yes, our in store pickup service allows you to make a purchase online at rudysantayana.com and pick up your purchase in our brick-and-mortar store. 

How will I know when my order will be ready for pickup in store?

You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email
notification when your item is ready to be picked up. Please note, orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day and may require more time to prepare. Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email notification before coming to the store.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup in store?

If you have placed your online order for in store pickup, please allow 24-48 hours for fulfillment if in stock. Please wait until you receive the in store “Ready for Pickup” email notification before going
to the store.

What do I need to bring with me for in-store order pickup?

Please bring the following with you to pick up your order:

1. A copy of your Store Pickup email notification.

2. A Government-issued ID. Note* the name must match the customer’s name
on your Store Pickup email notification.

*Valid forms of identification include; driver’s license or passport.

How long will you hold my order for pick-up?

Orders will be held in the Rudy Santayana store for 7 business days once the order is completed and the customer is notified. If you have not picked up your order by the last day, you will receive an email that your order will automatically be shipped to your shipping address.

Can gift cards purchased on rudysantayana.com be returned?

No, gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shopping and Gifts:

Do other retailers sell Rudy Santayana designs?

No, at this time. Rudy Santayana fine jewelry is exclusively sold through our website and our brick-and-mortar store, located at 4100 Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, Florida 33146

At Rudy Santayana brick-and-mortar we have a large selection of fine jewelry pieces. If you are local, we encourage you to visit us and meet with one of our jewelry experts to find the perfect piece. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and that is why you have 30-Days for exchanges or in store-credit.

Will my rudysantayana.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Each fine jewelry design will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature gift box and a courtesy storage pouch. If gift wrapping is needed, please reach out to us at 786.801.0111 or INFO@RUDYSANTAYANA.COM

For security, all items will be sent in a discreet, non-branded outer shipping box.

Please note that gift bags are only available in-store and will not be in
your package.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you may enter a personalized gift message at check-out.

What if I realize I made a mistake when entering my on-line order?

Shipping and Order Tracking:

What are your available shipping options and what do they cost?

We offer the following free and secure USPS ground shipping services. If you prefer any other shipping method please contact us directly at 786.801.0111 or INFO@RUDYSANTAYANA.COM

Shipping estimates apply to “ready to ship or in stock” merchandise. Unless it is an “in stock” item, please allow 4-8 weeks for order processing and fulfillment. Please note: All orders are subject to fulfillment and processing time.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Your order and shipping confirmation emails will inform you if a signature is required at the time of delivery.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

How can I track my order after it’s shipped?

Registered customers can sign into their account to view their order status and history, or they can check their confirmation email.

Custom Designs with Rudy

All custom design work will require a 30% deposit. We offer a wide selection of both natural and lab grown diamonds to fit any
budget. You can also finance your custom job using our 0% interest credit card
for 12 months.
